The first nurse after she was registered was horrible, did not take my concerns into consideration. She even told me that if my daughter were to have another allergic reaction not to take her back to the ER. Jan 28, 2024 I wanted to comment that the Receptionist was very rude. She was in (unreadable), I'm not sure of her name, but she was really rude. All the doctors were good. All the Receptionists had a lot of energy. Jan 27, 2024 Thank you for the timely attention and good service Jan 9, 2024 Yes, I would appreciate if you guys got real doctors, knowledgeable doctors instead of amateurs, people that don't know what the heck they're practicing. They come out with the wrong conclusion. I know my body, so I'm telling them what's wrong with me, and they come up with some stupid ideas, the stupid doctor that you have at the emergency room. I say one thing, he says another thing, it has nothing to do with the problem I had. Get rid of them. I mean, fire the whole staff and get a new staff. The nurses, Dec 13, 2023 (BLANK) Dec 12, 2023 I'm very impressed with the professionalism, care, and attitude of all the staff involved in providing their services. Much appreciation and thanks to them. Dec 11, 2023 They weren't friendly they rush me to the intake Nov 26, 2023 I was taken seriously because I explain the I am an RN and could have things explained easier, the night doctor let me have input in my care w/o making me feel less for my concerns, ordered the appropriate tests, labs, imaging. The pain management was good, the nurses and staff were professional and caring. The only disappointment was the referral, there were no options and now will have to look to my insurance (call made) and PCP (appointment schedule) for an appropriate doctor for my future surgery. I exp Oct 9, 2023 Excellent, all the staff, they treated me very very well, I am very grateful to all all the staff. Thank you. Oct 2, 2023 This is terrible, the service was very full and it took hours to attend to the patient, we had to go to another hospital, very bad service, they need to improve everything. Sep 30, 2023 It seemed to take forever 6hrs to b exact Sep 19, 2023 The medical staff treated me very well. Sep 19, 2023 Everything is very good. It's just that it takes a long time. Sep 18, 2023 I would recommend that you guys don't leave your patients waiting for about 12 hours there, and trying to fix the issue for 12 hours. Although it's a simple thing, that's the only thing Sep 6, 2023 Waited in the ER for ten hours without being given any outcome. I had to go to my primary provider to get antibiotics. Worst experience ever. Aug 8, 2023 My pain was not controlled I waited 30 minutes from the initial doctors evaluation to the RN giving me pain medication, no pain relief f/u done I had to keep asking him for pain My BP was 200/100 due to the pain Jul 30, 2023 For now there are no comments. Jun 16, 2023 Everything went very well! When I went there a few years back, I had a very bad experience, but this time around, everything was very good and Dr. Hogue was very kind and trustworthy. Jun 16, 2023 Hi, you guys kept my alive, I appreciated that. I had a heart ... I had heat ... a heat stroke or heat something other and you cared for me, but I didn't get much water and I got absolutely no food except for some yogurt or something like that and I'm a veteran and the Veteran Association pays for everything I'm sure a great deal at least for a little bit of chow, some food. So, thank you otherwise. You guys brought me through it and I appreciate it. You wanted to know the truth, that's the truth. Thank you
