For me it was four hours of waiting, which was quite daunting. And then I was told that the waiting time tends to be closer to 10 hours. This is unreasonable for someone as a patient dealing with an ailment, having to wait that amount. Especially during what they said was the quiet time. There's a problem with handling or with time. There's got to be something that can be done by the facility to improve the way th Jan 24, 2024 The only thing I didn't like was that I had to wait 8 hours or too long. I don't know if they don't have enough staff, but all the staff were very friendly and explained very well, they did quite a few studies on me. I'm happy with that, the only thing is time. Wait was too much. Jan 24, 2024 I highly am satisfied with the treatment that my son got at the hospital. Right when we stepped in, they were very patient with him. They were very kind and gentle and very comprehensive on my son's... My son is autistic and they understood, like I said, that we're very comprehensive, gentle. They did everything that they could in the best of their abilities to help my son and get him the proper treatment and the way they treated us, it was just awesome. It was amazing. We felt welcome. I'm giving it a 10. Jan 9, 2024 I went in with what I thought was a broken hand. Had X-rays done. After 4 hours of waiting in the lobby, I left without knowing the results. Dec 25, 2023 I had no problem with my visit. My reason for the 8 is we never saw a dr. We were seen in the waiting room only. Overall, our visit was very efficient and timely. The extra bonus was Santa went through the waiting room. We only talked to a nurse and she took his blood pressure twice, one when we got in and when we left, and we were told we were going to be seen by the doctor to explain, to let us know what happened on the x-rays, but we never saw the doctor. We only talked to the nurse and that wasn't good. The nurse was really nice but it wasn't good that we didn't see an actual doctor. It seemed quicker overall; the wait seemed shorter than it was. I was offered water and food when I said I had missed a meal. They listened intently, made eye contact, paid attention to everything I had to say. Aug 21, 2023 The biggest complaint was that there is no communication there was no discharge instructions. I requested medical records the following days and at the end of the following days, there was ... they lied about documentation stating that the nurse practitioner I spoke to the patient and the father of what was going on, we were given no information. Aug 16, 2023 I arrived with pain that was apparently caused by stones in the gallbladder. And I was not given any medication to calm the intense pain, until 4 hours after. And I had told them when I was admitted that the pain was on the scale number 8 or 9. The nurse injected me something. He said it was Ketorolac. I still had the pain, thought it did go down a little.
