Nov 24, 2023 When family members come in with ambulances they should be let in along with the patient. Nov 14, 2023 Everybody we're really nice and helpful, but I think they need more employees because they can't they couldn't be faster and there were a lot of patients and nobody ... we were there for three 4 hours maybe 4 or 5 hours. Everybody were tired and sick and they didn't get the attention they needed. Oct 21, 2023 The staff was amazing. They treated me like I was a family member. Everybody was smiling, as sick as I was with heat stroke It was a wonderful experience. Oct 20, 2023 Thank you very much. They did a great job with me. They treated me very well. I thank them with all my heart for what they do for me. Sep 27, 2023 Everything seems very good to me. Sep 27, 2023 The doctor was very good. The registrars were good. It did take some time for me to be checked in, at the very beginning, but it seemed to go rather quickly and everybody else seems very helpful and very friendly. The biggest issue was, the reading of a CT scan, which apparently has been off campus and that seemed to take a long time. I don't know if, it's the person. The provider was not able to read it, if they were backed up or anything but that seems to take an extraordinary time. Other than that, every Sep 11, 2023 Entered ER roughly 12:45 AM. Waiting room was FREEZING. Ultimately admitted to treatment area somewhere around 3 AM. Finally treated and able to leave about 4:30 AM. Aug 27, 2023 They attend well. Aug 27, 2023 We need to work on our nurses being nicer to the people to come in. Some people come feeling horrible and when nurses are being mean, it doesn't help. Aug 26, 2023 The wait in the service is much more than three or four hours, very slow, when you leave the hospital they give you appointments, you can't get them anywhere because everything is closed, very bad service in terms of care. Aug 10, 2023 The Physician was helpful, but other staff were not at the same level. It would be nice to see a actual doctor care for your patient rather than always seeing a nurse practicioner or a PA. Nursing staff need to be more professional and attentive with going back to the basics in customer service empathy and care. Aug 9, 2023 Everyone I interacted with, from the security guard, the two nursesin ER triage, the ER registration clerk, Dr Nene, nurse Ashley, attendant, x-Ray tech, and the two ladies in medical records were professional, had great bedside manner (where applicable) and were overall friendly and kind. Going to the ER is difficult but they truly made my visit pleasant. Aug 8, 2023 The service to my daughter, who was clearly in distress and needed medical attention, took ages. We were in the emergency room waiting for her to be seen again by a provider for over an hour. We then got moved to another area of the hospital and were there waiting for someone to give us an update on test results, and further care for 4 hours. The lack of care for an infant is ridiculous. If I had more time to take her elsewhere, I would have. Jul 9, 2023 Thank you very much for the excellent care. Thanks to God and to you, I'm still alive. Thanks. Jun 27, 2023 (BLANK) May 27, 2023 What was really bad is that at the end of the night, I was practically kicked out of the hospital saying that I didn't have anything. I couldn't even walk, they took me out on a wheelchair. I couldn't pull myself, my daughter had to help me, you know, to hold myself. I wasn't, you know, in the best condition to be kicked out of the hospital. I didn't like that.
