About ECRMC El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) is a licensed 165 general acute care facility located in "To Provide Healthcare Excellence For The Imperial Valley" ECRMC has completed a recent $44 million dollar expansion providing the community with a state of the art facility. Included in this expansion is the only rooftop heliport in the County that will allow ECRMC to provide better trauma care to our patients.
