The ECRMC Board of Trustees generally meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 6 p.m. except in the months of November and December when the meeting is moved due to the holidays. The meetings are open to the public. A seven member Board of Trustees directs El Centro Regional Medical Center. The Board of Trustees is appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council of the City of El Centro for a three-year term. A Trustee can be re-appointed for three additional terms, for a total of twelve years. There are two City Council members who also serve on the Board of Trustees as voting members.
