Customer Service


The El Centro Regional Medical Center started a journey in 2001 to improve our service and commitment to excellence. The roadmap we are utilizing to get us to a higher level of service excellence is one that uses the “Pillars of Excellence”. The roadmap we use is one developed by The Studer Group. Each pillar represents a part of the organization in which we can measure the results of our service excellence initiatives. Our mission, vision and values, all of our internal communications, our strategic plan and our service initiatives within the Hospital are divided into each of our five pillars.
