The Mission of Human Resources at ECRMC is to provide quality Human Resources support to ECRMC staff and the community. The Human Resources team is comprised of qualified professionals well versed in areas such as Recruitment and Retention, Employee Benefits, Salary Administration, and Performance Management.  The Human Resources Department is open Monday to Friday from 8:00A.M. to 5:00 P.M.   We encourage interested applicants to visit our employment page online to see a list of the Hospital's current openings and to submit an online application.  For your convenience, all current openings are also posted and available for viewing in the Human Resources Lobby.
