Grievances To File a Grievance With the Hospital:

To File a Grievance with the Hospital’s Accrediting Body:
If a resolution is not found or is unsatisfactory to the patient, the patient can contact The Joint Commission. This may be done by calling (800)994-6610.
To File a Grievance With the State Department of Health Services:
The patient also has the option to file a complaint with the State Department of Health Services regardless of whether you use the Hospital’s grievance process.
