ECRMC adds Women's Health Services to Outpatient Clinics

El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) is proud to offer Women’s Health Services at its El Centro and Calexico Outpatient Clinics.

The clinics will offer a variety of services including well-woman exams, contraceptive management, sexually transmitted illness (STI) screening (male & female), gynecological problem evaluation and management, and comprehensive obstetrical management including high-risk OB services.

“We are pleased to provide a wide range of services for our community,” said David Green, CEO of ECRMC. “This is another example of our commitment to the community of Imperial Valley.”

Mitzi Gragson, MSN, WHNP-C and Mary Gutierrez, MBA, WHNP-C, formally with the Imperial Valley Women’s Clinic, will lead the women’s services department at the each of the clinics.

Gragson is a graduate of Imperial Valley College, University of Phoenix and Harbor UCLA Medical Center. In addition to being certified in Women’s Health with experience in management, gynecology, family planning, STI evaluation and treatment, she is a certified colposcopist. She’s also experienced in high-risk obstetrics, routine prenatal care, labor and delivery, NICU and pediatrics. Gragson will manage Women’s Service at the El Centro Outpatient Clinic.

Mary Gutierrez is a graduate of Imperial Valley College, San Diego State University, Harbor UCLA Medical Center and Columbia Southern University. She is experienced in routine prenatal care, high-risk obstetrics, family planning, gynecology, and STI evaluation and treatment. Gutierrez is certified in Women’s Health and colposcopy. Having been with the hospital since 1987, Gutierrez will manage women’s services at the Calexico Outpatient Center.
