Childbirth Preparation Class

Because your baby is important to you, and having a healthy baby means having a healthy pregnancy

The FREE Childbirth Preparation Class is developed to help you be prepared for your delivery at ECRMC. The class is designed to inform you and to help you understand:

• Discomforts of pregnancy and third trimester
• Labor and birth
• Medical interventions
• Vaginal and Cesarean Birth
• Comfort measures during labor
• Breastfeeding
• Mother-Baby Care

Childbirth Preparation Classes are taught by some of our most experienced nursing staff.
