Asthma Wellness Program
Do you or your child have asthma?
Schedule an appointment with an asthma expert and receive:
- Mattress cover
- Pillow cover
- Spacer for inhaler
- Mask for nebulizer
- Peak flow meter
- Tips and resources
We will also help you create a safe sleep zone, educate you on how to self-manage your asthma and stay away from things that make your asthma worse.
The program is free and open to all ages.
