I'd really like if the doctor who cared for me used easier words. When I'm at an appointment they should make me feel secure and trusting in their words. They shouldnâ??t be, their words should be, (INAUDIBLE) not word, excuse me (INAUDIBLE). She should talk more than the patient, the patient should just say their illness and she should take the short time explaining and convincing us of what we have.
