The laboratory receptionist did not treat me well, she made fun of me and I do not like the attention of the laboratory receptionist.

The waiting time for the consultation was quite long. The consultation was at 9:30 and I had to wait 2 hours to be attended to at once. Everything was perfect, but it was a 2-hour wait and I consider that it is a lot since it is not many people here, thank you.

Yes, this is . The Outpatient Clinic did an excellent job. I respected everything they did. They did it well. However, I do have a complaint about the radiology department at the Central Hospital. I had some MRI's done. They don't seem to be able to find them. Sure would be nice. Thank you very much.

I made my appointment at 12 for 2. I was out of the door with my labs done at 3. Claudia was informative and quick. Elvira in the lab helped me and had great customer service.

I am always satisfied every time I am seen at El Centro Outpatient Clinic in El Centro. I have been seen there for 10 years now. I wish I had found about them way sooner, but I found out about this clinic when I was looking for a new provider. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful. The place is always neat and clean. I love being seen at the El Centro Outpatient clinic in El Centro and can't wait to be seen already for my next appointment by doctor Gonzalez.
