My foot were very swollen and the doctor assistant had me walk to her office when she could have graved me with the wheelchair. And they only gave my 2 Tylenol no medication that would decrease the inflammation from my feet. I guess instead of going to emergency I should have just gone to the farmacy. Would of been cheaper and no 5 hrs of wait.

It would be good for the staff to check the patients to make sure they have wristbands because there's definitely homeless people in there sleeping in the waiting room, making it very unsanitary for others who are there. It would be great if someone could come and wipe down the chairs and the walls every three hours or so. Everyone is sneezing and homeless people are in there sleeping.

From my past experiences this place has really improved. I received excellent care from all staff that were involved with me. Thank u

It was the worse visit of my life to the hospital doctors taking care of patient of the outside. Doing IV's never recommend you guys ever. Ever.

Doctor did not explain the EKG to me.

I would like them to improve on the time it takes to be attended by the doctor. Generally, we have to wait from 6 to 8 hours, and it's even reached 10, to be attended. This afternoon it was 10 hours, from 6:00 to 8. Waiting in the hospital should not be that long. I think all the people who comment about you complain about the time it takes, so I think it should improve. Thanks.

I was brought in an ambulance due to a fall and was left on a hallway without any kind of care or pain medication. Worst experience. I left after being there for a while seeing the amount of people waiting in the the waiting room, without hope at being seeing any time soon. Please hire more personnel. The personnel were not empathetic at all.

Everyone was very kind, compassionate and helpful. It was greatly appreciated.

Good service rapid care

Staff was amazing with me. There was one lady who was registering patients that was extremely rude. I did not get her name she either had no name tag on or she was covering it. She even told a patient in the waiting room she couldn't explain something to her in Spanish. Sadly it was an elderly patient

Unfortunately ER did not take care of my kid, we registered about 7:15 pm and they do not care about him until the next day about 4 am in the morning, was bad experience.

Nurses stop being professionals a lot. I asked the nurse who gave me the IV to bring me a glass of water and to bring me a pillow and that seeing it vacate she was going to bring me and I NEVER TAKE THEM WITH ME. I went because I was getting sunstroke and I wanted water and I never took it with me, but they did have to laugh at what they were talking to each other and they didn't put what I ASKED for. I will not go there again I prefer to go to Brawley

When we first arrived and were put into a room, Bridgette was our nurse and she was amazing. She did all she could to make sure my son was comfortable and treated well. The nurse practitioner she was with was also great, I didn't get her name. When shifts changed Michelle was our nurse and she was very great as well. Randy made sure to keep me informed on what was going on the whole time. I am truly thankful for all of the staff that helped us at our stay until we were transferred to Radys.
