The truth is that they treated me very well, especially the nurse named Carlos, who was very kind, explained everything to me and was attentive, and the doctor who treated me was also very professional and attentive. The truth is, the best experience I have had in an emergency because with the former nurses and the doctors were horrible, they reluctantly treated us. I'm talking about 2 years ago when I was in the emergency room. They are no longer the same.

They were quick and helpful and were kind to my daughter

I just wish ECRMC had better nurses and more staff. The difference between arriving to ECRMC and UCSD are so different.

When I arrived there weren't many people waiting, and we got called and they quickly got my daughter's vitals. Then when we were finally attended, it didn't last even 40 minutes, which was impressive.

The waiting time.

They take a long time. They should improve othat.

I wish they didn't make people wait so long. We spent more than an hour and a half in the waiting room, and there was about 12 patients. I found that to be a very long wait.

Great experience

The time is what is wrong. They took a long time and the nurses, there is not sufficient staff to assist all the people there. That is their only fault and they make us wait there the whole night.

They did not give me the results of my blood test, my urine and that was left me in the air. Just tell me, get dressed, you're okay, go home and I didn't feel comfortable at all.
