Continue Living Healthy & Well At Home

The great care that is provided at ECRMC also extends into the classroom, where patients, healthcare professionals and the community are invited to learn more about health and wellness. The Department of Education, Development, and Research has developed a comprehensive educational program made up of many health topics taught through a variety of methods. Classes are led by dedicated educators who understand the importance of health awareness.

Health and wellness education occurs along a continuum that begins before the acute phase of hospitalization and continues long after discharge. We believe in empowering the patient when it comes to their health and allowing them to become part of the team. Health education is important for all of our patients and we encourage family and friends to participate and learn together.
