Hello, good afternoon. The service, I consider it excellent there in the hospital because in terms of the doctors, they are very good. The only thing I did see that was bad was that I had to take my daughter out of there because it was an emergency and she had a lot of fever and we waited there 4 hours and they didn't attend us. There were people there who had been waiting for over 7/6 hours to be attended for emergencies and they weren't being attended. I think they need to improve that service. There shou

I ended up at the ER because all three urgent care locations in El Centro were closed on December 24th. The waiting time was very long. It took about three hours to be seen and sent on my way. The service received however was excellent. Thank you

It is understood that sometimes they are overloaded with work, but they could be kind when someone asks for some information and while they have you waiting.

I was already being discharged however they forgot to include the Ortho information they said they would be right back. Which led to me waiting another hour in the waiting room. The only reason I didn't wait longer was because the security officer went inside to check since I had already been vocal and was receiving no help. I was there from 11:20 am to 7pm on a Sunday. There is clearly a lack of organization

I was there for over 24 hrs and didn't get any food and I'm sure you charge tricare for it

I will not go back to this emergency hospital. They make you wait 6 hours or more, and they are an Emergency ward. Go figure. Instead I went to Brawley Hospital where they treated me immediately.
