The only people that knew how to do their job was registration. We were forgotten about multiple times. No one else knew how to do their job, including the doctor.

I'm very shocked that i was sent home with the heavy bleeding i had. I was given medication to manage it and a prescription to fill out. By morning it was back and i ended up back in another ER. My vaginal bleeding was so bad it ran down my leg and absorbed into my socks. I was considered non emergent and sent home. I feel i was failed that day in proper care. It was heavily packed with sick patients but i was bleeding in the waiting room for hours and then rushed to get an IV with the medication to be disc
