The wait time is extremely excessive and I was told that it wasn't even as bad as it does get. For me it was four hours of waiting, which was quite daunting. And then I was told that the waiting time tends to be closer to 10 hours. This is unreasonable for someone as a patient dealing with an ailment, having to wait that amount. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to wait 8 hours or too long. I don't know if they don't have enough staff, but all the staff were very friendly and explained very well, they did quite a few studies on me. I'm happy with that, the only thing is time. Wait was too much.

I highly am satisfied with the treatment that my son got at the hospital. Right when we stepped in, they were very patient with him. They were very kind and gentle and very comprehensive on my son's... My son is autistic and they understood, like I said, that we're very comprehensive, gentle. They did everything that they could in the best of their abilities to help my son and get him the proper treatment and the way they treated us, it was just awesome. It was amazing. We felt welcome. I'm giving it a 10.

I went in with what I thought was a broken hand. Had X-rays done. After 4 hours of waiting in the lobby, I left without knowing the results. To this day, my hand is still in a lot of pain. You can text or email me the results.

It's a very good service. They treated my mother very well and we are very happy with the hospital.

I had no problem with my visit. My reason for the 8 is we never saw a dr. We were seen in the waiting room only. Overall, our visit was very efficient and timely. The extra bonus was Santa went through the waiting room.

To be honest to patients in the ER, if they're not going to do anything to help them then don't waste their time and refer them to another hospital

Service was exceptional, was very impressed with the care and attention to my daughter who is diagnosed with Autism. I was very impressed with the middle of a night. Nobody was in a bad mood. Everybody wanted to help my daughter, and I appreciate the moment I got there, to the moment I left. Everything was great. If you have any questions, feel free to call me. Thank you.

I left, after waiting two hours, and nothing was done. I asked approximately the waiting time, and they said about 6 hours. Very disappointed with the care they are providing

We waited close to 5 hours. We didn't see a doctor. We only talked to a nurse and she took his blood pressure twice, one when we got in and when we left, and we were told we were going to be seen by the doctor to explain, to let us know what happened on the x-rays, but we never saw the doctor. We only talked to the nurse and that wasn't good. The nurse was really nice but it wasn't good that we didn't see an actual doctor.

I have been to EC before and had a horrible experience - this last experience was amazing!!!

Came in with a really bad sprain in my ankle. Doctor discharged me in the waiting room. Didn't even see me. He just sent the nurse to tell me that I was going to be ok

The staff try there best to serve every one but that hospital is too small for who many people attend there.

Unnecessarily repeating to over five employees what happened it. It will be enough with two maybe three. Thank you.

The nurses and staff took very good care of me. It seemed quicker overall; the wait seemed shorter than it was. I was offered water and food when I said I had missed a meal. They listened intently, made eye contact, paid attention to everything I had to say.

The biggest complaint was that there is no communication there was no discharge instructions. I requested medical records the following days and at the end of the following days, there was ... they lied about documentation stating that the nurse practitioner I spoke to the patient and the father of what was going on, we were given no information.

I arrived with pain that was apparently caused by stones in the gallbladder. And I was not given any medication to calm the intense pain, until 4 hours after. And I had told them when I was admitted that the pain was on the scale number 8 or 9. The nurse injected me something. He said it was Ketorolac. I still had the pain, thought it did go down a little. But I was still having discomfort with any stomach movement I made. They said there was 20 people in Emergencies before me, which I find incredible. In t
