It took an extremely long time for the ambulance people to come and pick my mom up to take her back to the nursing home, and they took her back at 2:30 in the morning when she'd been at the hospital since 10 o'clock that night, also, it happened in August for the same thing. Extremely long period time to be transported back after it was determined she could go back. That's all I have. Thank you.

I think that the nurses and the doctors, they should enter the room to tell you how your results are, or ask you what you've been feeling since we entered the room. We went in there from 6:30 p.m. and we left until 3:30 a.m. and the doctor never once entered the room, he only asked us one thing, he did not come back to say the results of the electrocardiogram of the laboratory studies all those 8 hours, almost that we were nobody took the moment to say or we are waiting for this we are waiting for another n

The nurses were very, very, very understanding, and they accommodated for us. for my child pain and everything, and they're very considerate and I really, really, really like the the services. However, the one, the doctors are my daughter. It was just really brief, and he didn't put any medication and or anything. So Yeah, I was, I was kind of surprised that we went to the ER, and he just so and then he didn't put any medication or what. So, ever, or give give her gave her a any medication.

Well, the provider was quite professional. He knew what he was talking about. He was the only one that actually helped me... physician, but as far is the receptionists, the people doing the registration? They were very unfriendly. They did not want to help me with receiving a copy of my CAT scan, or my x-rays, so I had to go around the building, and enter the emergency side in order to get in, and get my copy. So, that was very, very unprofessional.
