Outpatient Services FAQs
What do I do if I need my medications refilled?
Refills should be requested from your pharmacy at least seven days in advance. The majority of our physicians are not at the clinic every day, this will give the staff time to refill your prescription in a timely manner, it also allows time to correcting any problems that may arise, such as the medicine not being currently covered by your insurance, or too much time (>3months) has elapsed since your last office visit.
What do I do if I need copies of my medical records?
Please come in to sign a meedical record release in order to give us permission to copy your medical records and to clarify if these records are for you or need to be sent to another physician.
How will I know how much the clinic visit will cost?
We accept most insurance except HMOs or special medical plans. However, if you do not have coverage, we will be happy to offer you our Sliding Fee program. This program bases the visit cost on your income and the number of dependents in your household. Should the patient not qualify for the Sliding Fee program, the cost of the visit will be anywhere from $150 or more depending on the services for that date of service.
