The wait time to see the provider was excessive. I waited in the exam room for forty five minutes before seeing the provider.

Everyone is so courteous there they know me my name when I come in and they all say hello to me and ask how I am doing. Everyone is so polite and courteous. I love them.

On my first visit, the doctor seemed very curt during his consultation. On the second visit, a very kind substitute doctor attended to me. This third time, it was the doctor himself, and my opinion of him completely changed. He was much more attentive, answered all my questions kindly, and, most importantly, I was discharged.

They made me wait longer than necessary because I had an appointment, but they got the year of my appointment wrong and let me in as if I were a walk-in, so I was the last to leave because of their mistake.
