As a growing medical center, great customer service is not only a service, but also a promise. Our promise was established over 60 years ago when ECRMC first opened its doors. Our promise is not only providing quality medical care but a promise to provide an experience that’s second to none.

ECRMC takes great pride in patient satisfaction scores. We continuously strive to improve, regardless of satisfaction level. All patients that visit our hospital and/or centers may be asked to participate in a survey. Patients are reached by phone or by mail. We invite you to take part in our survey and let us know what you think.
