I think the service was very good; everything was very friendly and clear. I just feel like the emergency room is getting a little small because it got to the point where there were no more seats available. I think that's something worth addressing because it's serious. Thank you very much for everything else; everything was very good in terms of service.

Hello, good afternoon. Everyone was very friendly, the service was good, but they didn't really answer my problem. I wish they'd helped me more. But maybe not. No, they didn't have more information, and they didn't really help me much. But I thank you anyway because you did serve me quickly and well.

They didn't explain to me how they looked at my foot from the X-rays. That's the only thing that's pending, but everything's fine, thanks.

It was definitely very packed with patients. There was too many people in the waiting room and not enough spaces to sit at comfortably or discuss care privately. The facility is too small for the amount of people that are using the services. That's all.

Despite the wait time, everything was great. But it seemed like one of the doctors werecin a rush, I'd tried to explain besides one issue, i was having another issue or symptoms of pain.. In the end.. After leaving, im feeling WAY Better. I still don't know what I went through that gave me chest pains or issues, after my visit, i doing and feeling A LOT Better

The emergency room was packed and I don't feel that we received the care that we should have received there. So thank you.

It takes too long to be in the room; all the patients say the same thing. It's frustrating because they have you waiting, and it feels like they don't attend to you quickly.

It was a 7 hour wait, which I think was too long for what they did to me (vitals, labs, and plates).
