Everything, they treated me well. It's great. Everything is great. Thank you very much. Jun 12, 2025 I think the service was very good; everything was very friendly and clear. I just feel like the emergency room is getting a little small because it got to the point where there were no more seats available. I think that's something worth addressing because it's serious. Thank you very much for everything else; everything was very good in terms of service. May 30, 2025 Hello, good afternoon. Everyone was very friendly, the service was good, but they didn't really answer my problem. I wish they'd helped me more. But maybe not. No, they didn't have more information, and they didn't really help me much. But I thank you anyway because you did serve me quickly and well. May 20, 2025 I appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff at the Central Regional Medical Center Emergency Room. I really appreciate it and thank you guys. Apr 29, 2025 ECRMC Staff were very kind. Very informative, and professional!! Thank you, ECRMC Staff!! Feb 13, 2025 They didn't explain to me how they looked at my foot from the X-rays. That's the only thing that's pending, but everything's fine, thanks. Feb 2, 2025 It was definitely very packed with patients. There was too many people in the waiting room and not enough spaces to sit at comfortably or discuss care privately. The facility is too small for the amount of people that are using the services. That's all. Feb 2, 2025 Despite the wait time, everything was great. But it seemed like one of the doctors werecin a rush, I'd tried to explain besides one issue, i was having another issue or symptoms of pain.. In the end.. After leaving, im feeling WAY Better. I still don't know what I went through that gave me chest pains or issues, after my visit, i doing and feeling A LOT Better Feb 1, 2025 Karen is an amazing nurse. Very thorough, explained everything. Made the process less painful. Thank you for your attentiveness. Jan 15, 2025 Everything was fine. Dec 24, 2024 The emergency room was packed and I don't feel that we received the care that we should have received there. So thank you. Oct 28, 2024 I was seen quickly and Dr. Lenz was very helpful. Sep 23, 2024 Good service. Sep 16, 2024 It takes too long to be in the room; all the patients say the same thing. It's frustrating because they have you waiting, and it feels like they don't attend to you quickly. Sep 9, 2024 It was a 7 hour wait, which I think was too long for what they did to me (vitals, labs, and plates).
