I waited so much to get my results back or to even get in contact with the doctor. The volume was ridiculous. I think we need more staff. I think you guys need more CT machines. I think you guys need more MRI machines. I would not recommend this facility to any of my family members or my friends. Thank you. Jan 14, 2026 It's the worst ER I've ever been to. Hopefully I'll never have to come here again. The people I reacted with were nice but the continuity of the ER was awful. When I arrived I was told to have a seat in the waiting room, I chose outside because I didn't want catch something from all the people in the waiting room who were coughing and sneezing. Then I was called to triage, gave her my symptoms then told to have a seat in the waiting room. Then I was called again went to check-in where I was given a wristban Jan 14, 2026 The only thing was that they took a long time to attend to me. Jan 13, 2026 Overall good, but the wait is very hard for the patient. Jan 13, 2026 Everything was great, thank you. Jan 13, 2026 Hi, I feel this could be most improved with guiding students to give advice when it comes to patient care, especially when they're not licensed officially and should be very careful with exactly what they say. Dec 16, 2025 They have a great team, so I feel confident if I need any further assistance. Dec 15, 2025 The nurses didn't seem professional and attended you with a bad attitude. The room was dirty. It wasn't pleasant. Dec 15, 2025 Everything was excellent. Oct 15, 2025 That's my opinion about how I was treated yesterday when I went to the emergency room with a very bad cough. The staff took a long time to see me, a very long time. It's normal, maybe in hospitals. I hadn't been to that hospital for a long time for the same reason, but I decided to go again. with you the center but a doctor saw me before doing the tests and told me he was going to see me to give me the diagnosis after x-rays and lab work no, not the mission's lab just x-rays didn't look at me at all in the Sep 26, 2025 Friendly staff Sep 10, 2025 I went there with am ambulance and the doctor was the best doctor that I have had in a emergency room. Trust me when I say this I have visited the ER NUMEROUS OF TIMES. I REALLY LIKE THE DOCTOR THAT WAS THERE ON THIS DAY. IT WAS A FEMALE DOCTOR. Aug 29, 2025 on certain things where you need an actual doctor to tell you how it is instead of a nurse practitioner, that should be done. With the visit I had, I felt the nurse practitioner made it seem like my son was okay, but then with her last comment that my son was not okay, she wasn't very clear, she wasn't, she didn't give a blunt answer. I requested the doctor and the doctor did give me a blunt answer, a clear answer that my teenage son could understand. Jul 29, 2025 When I was there, the CT department told me they would give me my results from the CT scan within 30 to 40 minutes. I waited five hours before I was released and found out what the results were. That was for a review of the CT scan when they told me 30 to 40 minutes. Jul 28, 2025 Reception and medical staff very cordial and friendly. The wait was extremely long though. Jul 27, 2025 I was most impressed with the speed in which they worked. They assisted me, took care of the issue, and I was ready to leave without a lot of delays.
