How about expanding your ER waiting room? Not only that, anyone with common sense would have a waiting room for people with URI symptoms and another for pain for example. I have an autoimmune disorder and I catch infections quickly. I don't want to wait FOUR HOURS sitting next to someone that's coughing their lungs out! I think one of the things that needs to be improved is the waiting time. I waited so much to get my results back or to even get in contact with the doctor. The volume was ridiculous. I think we need more staff. I think you guys need more CT machines. I think you guys need more MRI machines. I would not recommend this facility to any of my family members or my friends. Thank you.

It's the worst ER I've ever been to. Hopefully I'll never have to come here again. The people I reacted with were nice but the continuity of the ER was awful. When I arrived I was told to have a seat in the waiting room, I chose outside because I didn't want catch something from all the people in the waiting room who were coughing and sneezing. Then I was called to triage, gave her my symptoms then told to have a seat in the waiting room. Then I was called again went to check-in where I was given a wristban

Hi, I feel this could be most improved with guiding students to give advice when it comes to patient care, especially when they're not licensed officially and should be very careful with exactly what they say.
