I wish they'd pay a little more attention when we, as patients, want to make an appointment and are kept waiting for an answer. Sometimes we wait up to 40 or 50 minutes. That's something I feel they need to improve a lot. This isn't the first time; it's happened all the time when I've tried to make an appointment.

The wait to be seen was too long. The nursing staff was poorly trained and rude.

The only thing that exists today is that they won't take so long to see the patient because it's harder to wait than when they see you and give you what you need and that's it so that you're fine, but if it's that they don't take so long or they don't keep us waiting so long to see the patient, let it be an appointment at 4 and they don't see you until like 5.
