I wish they'd pay a little more attention when we, as patients, want to make an appointment and are kept waiting for an answer. Sometimes we wait up to 40 or 50 minutes. That's something I feel they need to improve a lot. This isn't the first time; it's happened all the time when I've tried to make an appointment.
