It took almost 3 hours to be seen by a person who really do something with my emergency. That's not good enough. And other patients with a bigger emergency than mine, also had to wait so many hours... I hope you soon could have more personal available.

Would have provided a higher rating as we were extremely surprised with attention provided, and unsure if this current visit was just a fluke! A previous visit was horrible, frustraing and gut' wrentching!, For this visit the entake receptionist, nurse and security guards were helpful. Once checked in the doctor personally came to get us and walked us to an examination room. An xray was ordered and the technician promptly took us us to the xray room and returned us to the waiting area. Once again the Doctor

The people u have in registration are really bad. They don't have or know what respect is. They are bad. They treated me and my family really bad no respect. They talk to people bad. I will not recommend this hospital. Never plan to come back

There was an older male patient making a commotion throughout my visit. At first it seemed harmless and somewhat funny but then he became louder and incessant. He had his music loud and singing at the top of his lungs. When your in pain, its quite aggravating. No one could rest. Staff was being as polite to him as they could be.

Efficient attention and dedicated staff. I'm not the type of person who frequents hospitals, but that day was no exception. The entire team did their job diligently and professionally. Thank you, and I hope they continue with that enthusiasm.

You were really friendly, but you didn't... I had to go and ask for my x-rays, because I knew they were done. I knew my blood work was done. So, they need to get us out of there. So, get on the stick. That's all.
