The healthcare providers are excellent. I believe the problem lies with the hospital administration. It's unacceptable that several people had to wait from 6 pm to 11 am for the results of an emergency. Sitting in the waiting room for 17 hours seems inhumane. I know I could have left, but I needed to be there. Thanks to the healthcare providers, who do their jobs efficiently to the best of their ability.

Waiting 2 hours and 45 mins yet no nurse would take the case. Apparently urgent has different meaning in that hospital I will Email a head nurse or supervisor. I had to drive to pioneers hospital brawley it was quicker for having one head nurse doing everything bless his soul

The staff was everywhere no efficiency on what so ever they had, rude since the time you got there. Careless attitude and didn't pay attention or respect to the people around or felt sick. Always saying negative comments as if they were angry or annoyed with being there. Didn't make you feel comfortable or better during the time there. Would call you names and walk before you arrive with them, didn't even ask how you were feeling or doing. Horrible service and horrible hospitality.

Although there was quite a crowd there, everyone did seem to handle things the best that they could and I was impressed how they did react with everybody. They were very friendly and informative and never seemed to get harried even though it was a particularly busy situation in the emergency room. Thank you.

Patient wasn't seen by doctor! The wait time was hours and patient had extremely high blood pressure. Took him to pioneers where he was immediately taken to a room after the triage nurse deemed it highly priority to be seen

The WAIT was horrible .. mri was recommended that didn't happen . Next option was ct scan the wait was way too much .. communication lacked with nurse/pt hours went by without any notification until I had to ask what's was happening .. ... the initial visit was strong then it weakened ... To MUCH time without any results

Definitely, you guys need to, I don't know, hurry up. It was three hours just for nothing. Honestly, you guys need to work on that provider thing and everything, please. Please put a provider just for minor things, put a provider for more extra things, and I don't know. I think that will be work. Thank you.

I think the hospital lacks equipment. My daughter has brain surgery and lupus, and I'm speaking on her behalf. She's here with me. And we found out that they have four different nurses try to withdraw blood, but they had a hard time. None of them could, well, the very last one. But they don't have, the hospital doesn't have a vein finder. That's what we need because they've been trying, they put her, four nurses, three times each, four times each of them. Imagine the poor girl with all her arms bruised and
