I was out of it when I arrived because I was in a car wreck out by the hot springs. You did really well because you transferred me to UCSD Hillcrest, San Diego, to the trauma center there which helped me out greatly. So I appreciate that you guys knew what to do. I didn't want to be there and they treated me the same way

I stay there waiting for about 3 hours and left because the waiting period was too long. I took my daughter to Urgent Care at another facility

It takes a long time to serve people, regardless of improving the service.
