They need more experience in helping people more than seeing who they have to let go meaning make sure your patience are taken care of more better than they think the doctors are doing

Honestly, my family and I were very grateful and satisfied with the care my daughter received. They did everything they could for her, and they transferred her to a much better place where she could receive the appropriate care.

I waited for many hours and didn't get any information from a doctor. I was always in the waiting room because they didn't even take me to the emergency room. Honestly, the service was terrible. I went in for a sprained right ankle, and they only gave me a pain pill. After a four-hour wait, they sent me home without any pain medication, just with crutches.

Every one of the staff were friendly and professional. Reasons for visiting the ER already make it a delicate and not positive situation. However the staff there put me at ease and dare I say even shared a few laughs. The doctor that saw me was impressive. I'm better now thanks to her. Thank all of them for me.

Patient care takes a long time. I understand you have more patients on hand, but there are people who are truly ill and you don't treat them quickly. In my daughter's case, I was bleeding from the nose, fainting, and it took them two hours to treat her. I notified them, and that's when they gave her the stretcher. Otherwise, they wouldn't do anything. Thank you.
