Every one of the staff were friendly and professional. Reasons for visiting the ER already make it a delicate and not positive situation. However the staff there put me at ease and dare I say even shared a few laughs. The doctor that saw me was impressive. I'm better now thanks to her. Thank all of them for me.

Evething was good

Patient care takes a long time. I understand you have more patients on hand, but there are people who are truly ill and you don't treat them quickly. In my daughter's case, I was bleeding from the nose, fainting, and it took them two hours to treat her. I notified them, and that's when they gave her the stretcher. Otherwise, they wouldn't do anything. Thank you.

You guys take forever to do a simple thing.

I was out of it when I arrived because I was in a car wreck out by the hot springs. You did really well because you transferred me to UCSD Hillcrest, San Diego, to the trauma center there which helped me out greatly. So I appreciate that you guys knew what to do. You knew your limitations and you sent me where I needed to be. Thank you very much. God bless you.
