Everyone treated me with respect, from the security guards who were very attentive and kind, thank you for the good service.

All staff from ER doctor to nurses were courteous and communicated well on my care

The wait was extremely long for them to look at my eye for 15min and then send me with an antibiotic.

They helped me run some lab tests for my special son. I'm grateful because if it weren't for the emergency department, I wouldn't have been able to perform these tests. THANK YOU.

The staff did pretty well. The experience that I got there, most of the time, they're very right on it. And I really appreciate your time and effort for the work that you guys do for the society. It must be hard to handle with all these people, but you guys do very well. The only thing that could work a little bit is the time. Some of the time that I've gone, it's been like, big time wait, but I hope you guys can fix that. Other than that, thank you for all that you guys have done.

I would like to say I didn't like the way they made me sit out in a wheelchair for eight hours. Those wheelchairs are very hard and I don't have any meat on my bottom. And I just wish that they would let me sit in a nice soft chair until my appointed time where I had to get back in the wheelchair and then go to see the doctor. That's all I have to say.
