In my very personal opinion, I believe that the emergency department is not prepared for an emergency: Several of us were attended to in the waiting room, I was attended to three hours after I was registered; I arrived at the emergency at 0:25 a.m. and was discharged after 5:00 a.m.

I had to be taken outside to get a CT and it is hard and painful to go across the parking lot for someone that had just suffered some fractures.

They didn't move me to a room because they told me my situation wasn't an emergency and that I could come back if my problem returned.

Long wait to be seen.

Everyone treated me with respect, from the security guards who were very attentive and kind, thank you for the good service.

Thank you to all staff that care for my child. He received top care. His doctor was empathetic and responsive to his needs.

All staff from ER doctor to nurses were courteous and communicated well on my care

The wait was extremely long for them to look at my eye for 15min and then send me with an antibiotic.

They helped me run some lab tests for my special son. I'm grateful because if it weren't for the emergency department, I wouldn't have been able to perform these tests. THANK YOU.
