My provider, which is the young lady that did my ultrasound, was actually very professional. I've been there before for two different procedures, and I've never gotten this kind of service. She was actually very friendly, very nice, very professional, had a smile on her face and was just very courteous, and I actually did tell her that. That goes a long way when you're going to the hospital and not feeling well. Thank you very much.

In the care when one arrives at the offices there is terrible attention from the secretary at the front.

Every time I go to this professional I wait more than two hours

My appointment was at 9 and I was not seen until 1 in the afternoon. I spent 4 hours there waiting. That was not very pleasant or professional.
