When scheduling the appointment they made it to the wrong provider I had to miss work the following day because the provider didn't make physical to children. And when making the appointment I was very specific and telling the receptionist it was for a physical. Schedule a department needs more training.

We had an appointment at 11:45 am, and the doctor arrived after 1:30 pm. My son was seen around 2 pm, and the consultation only lasted about 10 minutes. The doctor apologized for being late, but the service wasn't great.
