Provider could not or did not provide useful comparison of recent and prior bone density results. Very concerned that the mammogram results letter I received from ECRMC radiology is not the same as the report available to the provider.

How bad the operators are and this doctor also never left me a message, but the call does not come through.

The waits tend to be too long for scheduled appointments. The in-processing is confusion with which window to go to. And that's it.

The new system is really creating a lot of delays.

Everything was very excellent, the visit with the girls very excellent and my visit was very excellent.

She was very attentive and provided resources that no other provider had offered before. She really cared about my well being and made me feel like I was not just the next patient on the list.
