Jan 13, 2025 I would like to have faster and better service over the phone, as it is difficult to contact ECRMC, and the wait is very long to be able to communicate, or it is definitely not possible to contact them by this means. The same applies to medical appointments via video call, as there is no way to confirm by text when it has not been possible to answer the call.
