    Better communication within staff, my child was poke 2 times due to a miscommunication. The doctor had ordered IV fluids and wanted to get blood sample. When I told this to the older lady that did the blood sample she simply said she was not told about this and proceed to poke my child, then about about an hour later a different male nurse came to get my child to start the iv poking my child a second time. I told him that why was this being done since is a very traumatic experience the first time and he was

    The staff was very busy, they did everything in there ability to help assist us and make my autistic grandson comfortable with the whole ordeal.

    They take a long time to attend to you and they don't take you to a room; they attend to you in the very dirty waiting room. Very bad service.

    Shorter waiting time, too long waiting time. I arrived with a broken foot and in a lot of pain, and it took them about 2 hours to attend to me, and they didn't give me anything for my pain.

    Super packed, not enough rooms I had to beg multiple times to get medication. I was there for almost 7 hours and didnt receive medication 5 hours later. This hospital unfortunately doesn't change for the better.

    They treated me and my son well! I did not like the way an old man was treated, he asked for a sandwich since he was there since the morning one of the nurses gave it to him and he asked can I get something to drink and she was very rude and told him you asked for a sandwich thats what I gave you and never gave him the drink. He did mentioned he felt dizzy since he was there since the morning! Treat the elderly better!

    I was hooked up to an IV and some other medication to my arm. I asked the nurse to go to the bathroom. She kindly disconnected me from the fluids. I went to the bathroom. I came back and it took her over 43 minutes to respond for me yelling to come back to hook me up to my IV and whatever medication they were giving me. Very poor nurse. I don't remember her name. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Thank you.

    Overall, my experience was better than what I have experienced during previous visits. This time I felt as the majority of the staff who assisted me expressed sincere concern for my well being and this really made me and my husband feel we were in good hands. Thank you to the staff!

    They didn't provide me with anything for my pain, just two painkillers for the pain from a fall that injured my left hip and spine/back, and a blow to the head. They only took x-rays and a CT scan and gave a diagnosis that everything was fine, and I returned to work in 3 or 4 days, but everything is fine.

    Hello, good evening. I was treated very well. As soon as I arrived, they eased my pain. The doctor was very attentive, explained everything that happened to me very well, and I would definitely recommend the hospital again. Thank you.

    I was very disappointed with the time I spent at the hospital emergency room.i was there a total of twelve hours from start to finish. I feel no more than four should have been sufficient. But oh well I know better for the next time .

    I often avoid going to the hospital because of how long it takes and the lack of attention to care and for my condition. This was the first time I've ever been to or ever been in any medical setting where I was acknowledged, actually believed, and was given the care that I need. Everything was efficient, it was pretty quick. I was immediately put in to triage, saw the nurse practitioner, got an IV, got medication. When the medication didn't help, they did a CT scan with contrast. They gave me medication, wh
