Nurses and provider were great

Was extremely slow and no one checking up on patients at all not even an hour later would someone come to check. We could hear the laughs and conversations, but couldn't get anyone to Check in on us

Everyone was very good, especially nurse Cristina.

I was in the emergency room from one in the afternoon until four, and they didn't even manage to see me.

Intake clerk staff needs to be more professional and stop talking about their personal stuff with the other staff while they clearly see you standing there waiting to be acknowledged and helped. Especially being that it's an Emergency room!! Not the first time that happens there. The hospital also needs to expand waiting area, my husband myself and my sick daughter had to stand for a bit then be on the look out for a chair in the hallway along with others. Yeah, thank you for all the great service. This is my second time that I have a surgery at El Centro Medical Center. And especially this time, my nurse, Jeff, he was the best. He was so responsive. He was always there to make sure I was, I was doing okay, that I was not in pain. So he was the best. So I give him a 10.

My nurse, Ashley, was very attentive. She explained everything to me. She made sure that everybody who was assigned to me came to me. The respiratory therapist was amazing. She explained all symptoms and how to take care of my asthma at home. And the doctor was very prompt with my results and in getting me out of there. I really appreciated the whole staff from the beginning to end. And I would love to give praise to Ashley for handling all her patients, especially because I saw one patient being extremely

Every person that I saw at El Centro was fabulous. They were helpful, they were kind, they explained things, and I felt very well cared for. It was a good experience in a kind of awful situation. But thank you for the help.

That they have more trained medical personnel and that patients are not treated in the waiting room, exposing others to infectious diseases!

I don't know how you can improve the service. But my experience there was awful. Every single employee has really bad customer service. I won't come back again to that hospital,12 Central Regional Center Hospital. I won't come back to that hospital. I had to leave and I stayed like 3 or 4 hours waiting without any any reason. Every single person that I talked to they were very rude and not willing to help. Thank you.

I was worried for my child but everyone from the security guard, front desk girl, nurses, doctors and X-ray techs were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely be return to ECMRC in the future if needed.

I received the proper care And thanks for that I feel much better. The Wating Was so Long to get medical care. :(
