Dr. Karely Lara is one of the best gynecologists, if not the best. Personally, she is very attentive and truly dedicated to addressing patients' needs. They could improve the waiting times. Your appointment was at 2:45 and you left the clinic at almost 7:00 p.m. I was in the waiting room for an hour. When I asked, they told me that you were already here. I had to leave the clinic after 6:30 p.m., and the person visiting was 2:45 a.m.

I hope that the waiting times are shorter because I have been waiting in the room for a long time to give you your papers for the next appointment. That's too much, you spend more time waiting for that than actually getting treated.
