They could improve the waiting times. Your appointment was at 2:45 and you left the clinic at almost 7:00 p.m. I was in the waiting room for an hour. When I asked, they told me that you were already here. I had to leave the clinic after 6:30 p.m., and the person visiting was 2:45 a.m.

I hope that the waiting times are shorter because I have been waiting in the room for a long time to give you your papers for the next appointment. That's too much, you spend more time waiting for that than actually getting treated.

The medical staff, from the person who greeted me to the doctor in charge and the gynecology specialist, were very kind. She took the time to sit with me, explain everything, and ask if I had more questions. However, the follow-up appointments were scheduled too far apart. I think the service could be improved by shortening the time between one test and another.

It is unpleasant to have to wait up to 2 hours between each appointment for the doctor to see me. They are very late with the appointments. The appointment time is not respected and they make us wait too long for the doctor who will see us.
