They could improve the waiting times. Your appointment was at 2:45 and you left the clinic at almost 7:00 p.m. I was in the waiting room for an hour. When I asked, they told me that you were already here. I had to leave the clinic after 6:30 p.m., and the person visiting was 2:45 a.m.

I hope that the waiting times are shorter because I have been waiting in the room for a long time to give you your papers for the next appointment. That's too much, you spend more time waiting for that than actually getting treated.
