Yes, I had the best people taking care of me. I was very afraid and I had a lot of pain in my lower back. They gave me the correct medication and I was very, very happy and surprised of the way that I was treated. Thank you.

The doctor was excellent. The person who was with him was very good. The person who gave me the medicine and gave me something to smoke didn't like the way he spoke to me, and he treated me badly. Thank you.

I was in a bad car accident on Tuesday. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and had to wait over three hours to be seen. I was able to get a ride to another hospital to get checked out. Definitely did not have a good experience at this hospital.

This was the most worst experience I've ever experienced at UCRMC. I was brought in by ambulance, was wheeled out to the emergency room, and I waited there for how many hours? Like over four to five hours. They gave me Tylenol. No blood was drawn. Nothing was, I mean, I was pretty much the last one in the ER. So I discharged myself, very unsatisfied, and yeah, I hope that this message gets through HR, the higher personnel, because it was ridiculous what I went through.

The PA who explained everything and kept me informed was great and caring but at the end the nurse who sized me for crutches and knee stabilizer didn't explain much and was moving the brace while secured causing pain then wheeling me out in the wheelchair she hit My leg against something 3 times

Waited to long to get a scan. Then waited to long for results. So I left. It wasn't until 5 min before I left the md, ask me if I wanted something for pain. I have been to 2 other hospitals outside the valley, faster service there

The nurse who examined my daughter explained step by step what they were going to do. It was the first time she'd had a catheter inserted, and she was very calm because she was so patient while caring for her.

Magnetic service, speed in terms of priority, I have always been impressed by their kindness and all that regarding anything they are going to assist me with, without having said that, El Gallo is one of the best institutions.

More speed in attending to people when someone feels ill, doesn't go because they feel ill, but it takes them like 3 + to call you.
