Waited to long to get a scan. Then waited to long for results. So I left. It wasn't until 5 min before I left the md, ask me if I wanted something for pain. I have been to 2 other hospitals outside the valley, faster service there

The nurse who examined my daughter explained step by step what they were going to do. It was the first time she'd had a catheter inserted, and she was very calm because she was so patient while caring for her.

Magnetic service, speed in terms of priority, I have always been impressed by their kindness and all that regarding anything they are going to assist me with, without having said that, El Gallo is one of the best institutions.

Well, I like the way they treat me, all the nurses, and they did a lot of stuff to me, and it's very good, and thank you.

More speed in attending to people when someone feels ill, doesn't go because they feel ill, but it takes them like 3 + to call you.

I had a very good experience, especially with the primary doctor that was on staff that night. She really explained to me well. She talked to me in terms I couldn't understand, and she made sure that I was feeling okay and advised me and gave me some opinions and asked for advice. So I was really happy with the primary doctor that attended me in the ER that night.

Yes, my registration was easy. To see the doctor and get the results, it was seven hours. That's unacceptable.

I was not given no explanation why I as a patient as many parents where treated most in the waiting area. I was not told that all beds were occupied by other patients and no space was available. I had the arm cuff walking with it all the time and the breathing tube to hold it with me until a nurse would ask for it. I put it in my purse because I didn't want any infection get to it, it was going to go on my mouth, I have to take it back because I didn't see until I got home.

Hi, when I got there, there was just a chaos around where they take your information in. Nobody knew who was in charge. They kept asking who was in charge. And then when we finally went in to get our vitals for our child, it took them a while. They had multiple people in there. The nurses were nice, taking our vitals, but we took three hours. We had no information about the swabs. We kept asking after they swabbed her if the swab information was already in. Basically we had to ask for information for us to
