I had kidney stones and the doctor was very proficient, very good. The hospital staff was very proficient and good. And then my nurse was awesome. He attended to me. I couldn't be any better. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and had to wait over three hours to be seen. I was able to get a ride to another hospital to get checked out. Definitely did not have a good experience at this hospital. Oct 14, 2025 This was the most worst experience I've ever experienced at UCRMC. I was brought in by ambulance, was wheeled out to the emergency room, and I waited there for how many hours? Like over four to five hours. They gave me Tylenol. No blood was drawn. Nothing was, I mean, I was pretty much the last one in the ER. So I discharged myself, very unsatisfied, and yeah, I hope that this message gets through HR, the higher personnel, because it was ridiculous what I went through.
