We had a very good experience ... from speed of admittance, to care of staff and frequent communication that was understandable.

I have a Metaport, which is strictly for IV access. The nurse tried to tell me that they are not allowed at the hospital to access Metaports, which is a flat lie. So then, after they still couldn't find a vein, even with the sonogram, they tried to tell me that there's only one person in the whole hospital that was able to access them, and they weren't working that day. So you know what? I didn't need a person just telling me flat out lies. So I said, fine, I'll come back the day they're there. And I left.

I waited 5 hours for a concussion. My order for my imaging got lost. I got no meds for my nausea and only Tylenol.

The doctor who treated me was very professional and very accurate in her diagnosis. She didn't take it lightly; she performed the appropriate tests to determine my condition.

They shouldn't take so long to treat a patient, they leave you waiting for hours to find out what will happen.

Yes, they were trying to give me 6 to 7 hours to give the blood test. I don't know and later on I found out really that doesn't need it at all. I believe you should run the hospital a little bit better than this. Have a nice day. Bye.
