You should have two kind of areas for people that are very sick and people are injured. And I felt even worse to be on the waiting room for more than five or six hours, spoke to an IV, and I wanted to just rest. I know that sometimes you don't have enough capacity, but it was just a terrible feeling. I was feeling so anxious. I mentioned that to the, nurse many times and they didn't pay attention and besides that, there was water spilled on the floor.
