It takes a long time in the waiting room.

For improvements, I think being able to have access to patient's chart in an electronic form would be best. And in regards to the nurse, she gave exceptional assistance, knowledge, and information to make us feel comfortable and went over her needs to make sure that my son was taken care of.

Everything was fine.

Everything was good . But they would take a bit long on results.

I received awesome care from triage to the provider as well as laboratory staff and imaging staff members!

It took way too long to speak with the Doctor

I don't think that I should have been there for seven hours. I think that something needs to be done about the time that a person spends in the emergency room. The care was fine, but the wait, but the time there was way too long.

I was left to wait until the waiting room and even tho I asked the nurses I would get no action even after hours at the waiting room I could ent get the nurse to give mea something for the headache. And pain I hade

They took good care of me & my wife

Very bad service. We arrived at 12:30 and returned at 2:00 a.m., and they weren't even good enough to clean the wound that was sore. Very bad service, and I don't recommend it.
