The nurses don't check on the patients, and if you speak to them, they take a long time to come and see the patient.

I received good care. The only thing I think would improve this hospital is that they should have a specialist in each field in the emergency room. For example, a cardiologist, since my problem is in my chest. They told me I had to go see a cardiologist, but then they told me they didn't have one available. And yes, it's absolutely essential in these cases to have a specialist in some area, a gastroenterologist, a cardiologist, for instance. That's my opinion.

ECRMC IS THE BEST CARE FACILITY IN IMPERIAL COUNTY

It was good experiences with the people. There was nothing wrong at all with my relationship with the people, but the facility, when they took me down to the x-ray into their hallways, it was not clean. I have a real problem with that.

Now, usually I have bad experiences with El Centro, with the slow care, but this time they surprised me. They took care of my problem and I was at the door within two hours, which is amazing. I never had that experience. I had awesome care yesterday when I went, so I thank you guys. Thank you for that day and the care I received was prompt and quick.

It is very well organized to care for so many patients. Thank you very much for treating the elderly with respect, they are a 10.
