Waiting time longer than expected

Great experience at the emergency department. The physician was great explaining things. The recruiter was very nice.

Yes, the care was very good. The nurse practitioner, she was very thorough and very courteous and generous with me, but the waiting time was seven hours just to get three stitches on my foot. Everybody was waiting way too long and people would be leaving. I think you could improve a little bit more on the timing. Thank you. You can. Thank you.

I would like for the wait time to not be over 10 hours before being attended.

My bad experience was that I arrived at 3 o'clock and they didn't give me medication until after 5 o'clock. The nurse was very good; they checked my blood pressure, temperature, and vital signs.
