That my experience was not what I expected, they have improved 100 percent! Their are so many people who are waiting so I was afraid of how I was going to be treated... but I was wrong, thank you!

i was at er from 1:30 to 5 pm i left worst visit ever afterwards the dr called me around 7:30 to tell me i needed iv what a horrible hospital

The wait felt incredibly long. They say at reception that you wait two to three hours, and that at the center you wait five. And in my opinion, they don't prioritize children; they just leave them waiting. It was a child's emergency, and they made me wait a long time, which I didn't like, having to wait so long for an emergency. If it's an emergency, well... you have to wait a very long time.

Did not have to wait took me right in for treatment

Horrible experience arrived at 3:30pm and I had to ask to leave at 11:30pm never had a room was sitting in a bed in the hallway for 8 hours until I asked for my sons discharge papers suddenly the x ray results had just arrived horrible experience

I had been in the emergency room for 5 hours and I still hadn't received the x-ray results. It was very late, I was tired, and I just went home and came back the next day for the results.

I was at the emergency room since 7:57 am and it was 3:00pm still did not receive any information , no medicin , no results , Nothing !!! I had to leave because I was starving and in pain ?

We were there mostly because we were in an accident. We were attending a funeral in that area. We were treated well in spite of the amount of people. A lot of people were there, but it seemed to move, you know, under consideration very well. Only complaint I have is having to go into the cold to get, you know, a CT scan or whatever kind of scan was done. That was our only complaint, but I understand that that's a temporary setup. My wait time in the emergency room was 8 hours. One of the receptionists was very rude to some patients.

I received excellent service; the waiting room just needs to be cleaner and have some air freshener.

All around was a great experience with all the staff that was there that night thank you much I thought I wasn't going to make it..???
