When one visits the emergency room, the wait time is too long. That day, I was there for nearly six hours. I understand that there are many people, but I was in pain and it took a long time until they could give me the pain medication. It seems like a very long time to be there. Thank you.

The staff in general was rude, arrogant, and was refusing to provide information about the results of the medical examinations. The nurse who discharged my daughter refused to give information and only limited herself to saying that we should request the results of the examinations from the administration office, or she said the pediatrician should request them. It was a terrible experience. I hope I never have to go there again.
