Been there so many times and it's always been good this last time was the worse service my husband had that we have to leave with out him being seen after we waited hours on the ER

The wait was too long

Everyone was so caring, and they were very supportive of my needs, excellent staff.

Yes, the only thing that happened is that when I went to my doctor today, my regular provider, and he looked over my x-ray report, I had been told that I had no fractures and there was a fracture of one of the ribs, and I at least did not get that communication given to me that day. So that was the only thing. Everything else was great. Thank you.

They made me feel better and cured my medical problem. Thank you.

Personnel were excellent. Facility was no clean. For instance, the cupboard under the sink in my room was filthy ant the drawers were hanging off their rollers.

The place was cold, which I understand because you don't want to spread germs, but the blankets you gave me were not appropriate and I was basically cold during the entire stay I was there.

The nurse practitioner really pushed for me to get a necessary MRI that I've been waiting a long time for, so that was very much appreciated. And my pain was handled sufficiently, and that was also appreciated.
