They need better service from Nurses

When you call to let us know about an appointment, it is very important to let us know why the appointment is scheduled, with whom, and for what reason. Not just, you have an appointment, better show up.

I was treated very well, but my primary care physician needs to send the information about my case so the doctor who treated me can treat me properly. It's not his mistake; it's a lack of attention on the part of my primary care physician.
