    I hope that when in-person appointments resume, the waiting time will be shorter. And that the examination rooms will be clean, including the bathroom.

    The staff is very attentive, the place is clean, and they are also attentive and respectful. However, my last experience was very long. They scheduled me for 2:45 pm, even though my appointment was at 3 pm. They took a very long time to attend to me; I left after 5:00 pm. It's infuriating when they take so long.

    What I wanted to say is that they didn't exactly explain my problem to me. They say I have a problem, yes, but how can the medication help me? I can't quite grasp the connection between these two things. I really don't understand why they took the medication. They don't tell me it's for one thing, but they don't explain why I don't feel that way. Why do I have to take it? And these are just little things, these are questions. And I've been thinking about it a lot. The doctor didn't explain it very well. So,

    Hello, the only comment I want to add is that I need a letter from the physical therapist, and the doctor tells me that they do not handle that, as my workplace is requesting it. That's the only thing. Thank you.

    Very good care from the doctor. She's extremely professional and polite. The only problem is that ECRMC has very limited services and tests. I need a kidney function test. I'll request one and hope they can perform it.
