At the end of the visit, the doctor didn't tell me what my diagnosis was, and I left in doubt. He didn't explain why the medicine was being prescribed or how it would help me.

The reason for which I wanted to see the Dr was never addressed. It seems like the Dr was more preoccupied with getting me to the lab for lab work. I still have a health issue that hasn't been addressed.

Usually the time wait in the clinic is very long. I feel like that needs to be improved. It should be more professional and the way that patients are taking care of so they are in and out from the facility. is very frustrating when you have to spend 3 to 4 hours sitting waiting and then another hour once your with the provider but definitely need to improve in that because I am thinking of switching to another provider.

My opinion is that everything was excellently, professional to me, all are professional. I am very happy.

It took too long, about three hours.

For every appointment, the wait time is around two hours and get to ONLY spend 15 min with the doctor because they are always rushing through the consult because they have a timeframe. I've gone a couple of times with several issues and they tell me I need to make different appointment for each issue. That is unacceptable because it is just more time wasted and I need the medical care the time I am there. They tell me it's because they have a time frame for each patient, I understand, but consulting for ano

The only thing is that it takes a lot to take care of one too much I would like to speed up all that more.

I really like the service that the regional clinic has. The only problem I have is that any doctor any day that touches me at any time makes the appointment early and I have finished having it three or four hours later and I think that is something that they should try to solve it because one loses his work job or his day he has to do something else thanks.

The time that we are in the room is a time or it is very long I do not know if there will be any way that I want you to not stay less time sometimes it lasts enough hours then that there has to be some way to shorten the waiting time for doctors OK thank you very much.

Please stop asking me about my provider. My provider is amazing. What sucks is how you guys keep over booking people to the point where there's nowhere to sit in the seating room, and I used to only wait about 2 hours to see my provider and now I have to wait like 4. Okay, bye.

Everything is perfect. Everything is perfect, from the desk staff to the doctors. Everyone is very attentive.

The waiting system is horrible, about 2 and a half hours to 3 hours waiting for the vitals and the doctor sees you for 15 minutes. You go to the outside, all the people complain. It is chaos. I will be waiting there without lunch to see if they can do something. Thanks.
