Dr. Razzaque was most knowledgeable about my husband's blood deficiency and his Alzheimer's condition. It was a very informative phone follow up phone call and a very expeditious manner in which to discharge information regarding his blood work.

Yes, the medical system is fine, he treats me well, listens to my questions, explains the illness, and so far I have no complaints about him. Everything is good, and I would recommend him to someone else. Thank you.

Appointment. 11:00 Doctor saw me at 12:00 I signed a few documents upon arrival. I think appointment time and time when doctor actually greets patient should be noted in chart.

I think one thing they should improve is the waiting time to see the doctor. Many times it takes two or two and a half hours to get an appointment, and then you only see the doctor for about five minutes. So, I think that needs to be improved. Thank you.

is it was supposed to be telephone visit. I sat on hold for over two hours waiting for them to call me only to get a call finally two hours and 15 minutes past my scheduled time that doctor decided that he had an emergency and was not going to finish today's patients. Very inconvenient that nobody was answering the phones at the doctor's office or updating patients about a two hour delay. for a virtual visit makes me consider if this is the doctor that I should be taking my elderly family members to.
