I sat on hold for over two hours waiting for them to call me only to get a call finally two hours and 15 minutes past my scheduled time that doctor decided that he had an emergency and was not going to finish today's patients. Very inconvenient that nobody was answering the phones at the doctor's office or updating patients about a two hour delay. for a virtual visit makes me consider if this is the doctor that I should be taking my elderly family members to. Unfortunately, this office is very unorganized. A lot of times the staff are very rude. They're short with you. They overbook. You're waiting over two hours to get in to see the doctor. There's no communication with the doctor and the staff out front. And it poorly ran, unfortunately. And having this many patients in the Valley and only two doctors, someone needs to step up. It's the worst.

I really like it there because they treat me very well. The nurses, the doctor, the doctor's assistant are very kind, the whole staff is very kind, the secretaries, everyone who works there is very kind, and they treat me well. I'm very happy; they treat me with great compassion and respect.
